− 50% fee charged for cancellations made one day before reservation dates
− 100% fee charged for same-day cancellations or change requests in the number of guests
Reservations are automatically cancelled in the following cases:
• We cannot reach you on your reserved date to confirm your reservation
• Late arrival of more than 30 minutes
